Cristine started dance training in Salt Lake City, Utah at age 5.  Her childhood years consisted of intense focus on ballet training, school was an extracurricular activity.  Cristine had the opportunity to dance with Ballet West as a child and as a teenager she began teaching at Mikal Casalino’s School of Creative Arts.  Hot Topic imported her to LA in 1998 to be an assistant buyer, where she most enjoyed product development.  She became a DJ (strictly vinyl) in 2000.  Her passion for the underground music scene and dancing all night at parties guided her back to formal dance training around 2006.  She eventually returned to teaching and choreographing via Bill Brown and Ryan Heffington through her attachment to their beloved dance studios. Time and again MUSIC and DANCE have saved her life.   She started EMPYREGALIA dance theatre in 2024.
